摘    要:建立竹笋中毒死蜱、五氯硝基苯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯残留量同时测定的气相色谱检测技术。竹笋样品用乙腈提取,经PSA和石墨化碳黑净化,气相色谱电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测,外标法定量。在0.05~0.80mg/kg的添加水平,4种农药的平均回收率在87.4%~117.8%之间,相对标准偏差在0.64%~5.52%,该方法的检出限为0.002~0.010mg/kg。该方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药残留测定的要求,可以对竹笋中这4种农药残留量进行有效监控。

Abstract:A multiresidue analytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of Chlorpyrifos,Quintozene,Fenvalerate,Deltamethrin in bamboo shoots by gas chromatography(ECD).Bamboo shoots were extracted with acetonitrile and cleane-up by PSA,little graphitized carbon and determined by gas chromatography(ECD).The recovery of four pesticides was ranged from 87.4% to117.8% at fortification level of 0.05~0.80mg/kg,the relative standard deviation varies from 0.64% to 5.52%.Limits of detection were 0.002~0.010mg/kg.The proposed method was characterized by simplicity,higher sensitivity and accuracy,and effective monitoring of for pesticide residues in bamboo shoots.
