| 摘 要： | 校园文化在高职院校育人体系构建中如构建师生信念、涵养师生德性、提升师生创新实践能力等方面有着重要作用。基于校园文化的高职院校育人体系构建,要以校园精神凝聚品德文化,培养职业道德;以素质训练打造技能文化,提高职业技能;以实践活动带动创新文化,提升职业创新能力;以载体建设拓宽育人途径,实现文化育人功能。

| Abstract: | Campus culture in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in the education system, including constructhag teachers＇ and students＇ belief, cultivating teachers＇ and students＇ morality and improving teachers＇ and students＇ innovation and practice ability. Based on campus culture, higher vocational colleges should bring morality culture together with campus spirit to cultivate students＇ occupational morality, create skill culture with quality training to improve students＇ occupational skill, promote innovation culture with practical activities to improve students＇ occupational innovation ability, and expand education channels with carder construction to realize culture education function. |
