发电风车尾翼转向机构的设计

摘    要:针对某教学单位发电风车的转向运动不平稳,定位不精准,振动噪音过大等问题,设计了一种带有半月形平衡板和滑轮支撑的联合作用机构,整个转向机构能承载更大的重量,并且运行更加平稳流畅。加装贯穿式螺栓轴,更有利于整个机构的拆装与维护。

Abstract:According to the problems of the generating windmills, such as the unstable turning movement, inaccurate positioning and exces- sive vibration noise, this paper designs a joint action agency with a half-moon shaped balance board and pulley. The whole steering mechanism has greater weight capacity, and it runs more stable and smooth. Installation of stud shaft is more conducive to disassembly and maintenance of the whole mechanism.
