摘    要:当前移动通信技术快速发展,WCDMA、TD-SCDMA移动系统都将通过LTE演进到4G。传统的LTE系统切换算法有:基于RSRP测量的硬切换算法、基于RSRP及RSRQ测量的联合的硬切换算法。但都无法提供最好的切换判断分析,从而导致切换频繁或切换失败。为了改进LTE系统传统切换算法,文章提出了基于多要素的切换算法,分析了基于多要素切换算法改进的思路。通过对小区负载水平方面仿真,仿真结果表明:小区初始负载水平越轻,UE在该小区驻留的时间越长;负载越重,UE在该小区驻留的时间越短。

Abstract:With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA mobile system will evolve to 4G through LTE. The traditional LTE system switching algorithm are hard switching algorithm based on RSRP measurement and joint hard switching algorithm based on RSRP and RSRQ. But both of them are unable to offer the best switching judgment analysis, resulting in frequent switch or switch failure. In order to improve the traditional switching algorithm of the LTE system, the paper puts forward the switching algorithm based on multi-factors and analyzes the improvement thought. Through the load level simulation of the residence community, the results show that the lighter the initial load level is, the longer the UE stays in the community; the heavier the load is, the shorter the UE stays.
