摘    要:采用变压吸附技术处理氯乙烯精馏尾气,处理后的排放气中Vc含量小于36mg·m^-3,C2H2含量小于150mg·m^-3。实际运行效果表明该工艺运行稳定、操作简便,采用PLC系统自动控制,安全性能好。对于年产40万t的PVC装置,回收处理后,尾气达到环保要求,同时具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Vinyl chloride content in tail gas was less than 36 mg/m^3, and acetylene content was less than 150 mg/m^3 after purification of tail gas by pressure swing adsorption process. In fact, the former was stable and simple operation, and PLC control system was automatic. It would meet the requirement of environmental protection using pressure swing adsorption process for 40 million tons polyvinyl chloride a year. And the economic profits and social benefits were obvious.
