| 摘 要： | 目的]了解龙岩市市售蔬菜中农药残留情况。方法]2007~2008年,在龙岩市城区农贸市场采集销售的各类蔬菜进行18种有机磷农药、5种有机氯农药、4种氨基甲酸酯类农药、9种拟除虫菊酯类农药的残留检测。结果]检测各类蔬菜样品582份,农药残留符合国家标准的432份,合格率为74.23%。农药残留合格率,叶菜类为72.19%,甘蓝类为73.91%,豆类为75.00%,果菜类为74.47%,瓜菜类为82.50%,鳞茎类为57.78%,茎类为90.00%,块根类为100.00%。检出超标的农药有27种,其中禁用农药9种,部分种类蔬菜多种农药超标。结论]龙岩市市售蔬菜农药污染严重。
