浙江两眼科医院药物利用调查分析

目的：了解对比浙江省两地区两大型眼科医院(中心)的用药情况，为眼科临床提供用药及合理应用信息。方法：对两院2001年1月～2003年6月年药房消耗的药品量，进行金额、数量分类统计，分析对比用药情况。结果：两眼科医院药品消费以专科眼用药、改善眼血循环药、维生素及其它元素药为主，浙益眼科中心的中成药消费比例较高，3年中，两家医院的抗菌药物消耗率、进口药品消耗率呈逐年上升趋势，浙益眼科中心进口药消耗率较高，温医眼视光的抗菌药消耗率较高。结论：调查分析显示了眼科医院的用药特点，两家医院均应注意合理用药。

Analysis of Drug Use in Two Eye Hospitals of Zhejiang Province

Objective: To investigate and contrast the characteristics of drugs used in two eye hospitals of Zhejian Province so that drugs in the two hospitals can be used more rationally and provide rational use information for other eye clinics.Method: The sum and quantity of drugs used in the two eye hospitals during 2001.1-2003.6 were statistically analyzed and contrasted.Result: The special eye used drugs improved the circulation of the eye blood. Vitamins and other elements were the mostly consumed drugs of the two hospitals. The consumption of antibiotics and imported eye drops in the two hospitals assumed an increasing tendency. The consumption of imported eye drops of Zheyi Eye Center was high and the consumption of antibiotics eye drops of Wenzhou Eye Hospital was high.Conclusion: The analysis shows the characteristics of drugs used in the eye hospitals and each hospital should pay some attention to reasonable drug use.
