锂离子二次电池电解质四氟硼酸锂制备技术研究进展

摘    要:四氟硼酸锂由于具有较好的热稳定性,因而在锂离子二次电池电解液中的使用比例越来越大。介绍了国内外锂离子二次电池电解质四氟硼酸锂的制备技术研究进展,包括4种制备方法,即气-固反应法、水溶液法、混合溶剂法、氟化氢溶液反应法。总结了各种制备方法的优缺点,并且展望了四氟硼酸锂的发展方向。指出制备高纯度的四氟硼酸锂将是未来的研究重点之一,同时四氟硼酸锂在离子液体中的使用,以及和其他新型锂盐特别是含氟磺酰锂盐的配合使用都将是今后的研究重点。

Abstract:More and more lithium tetrafluoroborate(LiBF4) was used as electrolyte in rechargeable Li-ion battery because of its good thermal stability.The research progress of production technology of LiBF4 in China and abroad was introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of preparation techniques,including gas-solid reaction method,aqueous solution method,mixed solvent method,and fluorine hydride solution method of LiBF4,were discussed.Finally,development direction of LiBF4 was prospected.It was pointed out that high purity LiBF4 will be one of the research focuses in future.At the same time,the application of LiBF4 in ionic liquids,and its coordination with other new lithium salts,especially sulfonic acid salts containing fluoride would be also the focus of future research.
