摘    要:目的:建立枸杞药材中甜菜碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为NUCLEODUR Hilic(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%三乙胺(用磷酸调pH至7)(82:18),流速0.6 mL.min-1,检测波长196 nm。结果:甜菜碱在1.737 2~34.744μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.5%。结论:该方法灵敏度高,结果准确,可作为枸杞子中甜菜碱的定量测定方法。

Determination of Betaine in Lycium Chinense by HPLC

Abstract:Objective: To establish the quantitative method of determining the contents of betaine in lycium chinense. Methods: The chromatographic column was NUCLEODUR Hilic (4. 6 mm × 250 mm ,5 μm). The mobile phase was aeetonitrile-0. 1% triethylamine , flow rate: 0. 6 mL · min^-1 ; column temperature: at 25 ℃ ,and UV detection was performed at 196 nm. Result: The linear range was 1. 7372 -34. 744 μg, the average recovery was 99. 5%, and RSD was 1.5% ( n =6). Condufion: This method is accurate, re- liable as well as specific and can be used to determine the content of betaine in lycium ehinense.
