GGI能源公司的等离子气化垃圾处理技术

摘    要:等离子气化技术在国外已被证明是一种安全、可靠、环保的垃圾处理技术,它几乎能将碳基废物中的有机物完全转化成合成气(主要成分为CO和H2),而无机物则可转化成无害灰渣(玻璃体)。较为成功的等离子气化垃圾处理技术主要有美国西屋等离子气化技术和GGI能源公司废弃物再生能源(W2E)技术。W2E技术采用一系列组合核心技术,包括氢气技术、微泡技术、气体分离技术、催化技术、过热蒸汽技术、等离子气化技术、绿色气体技术等,各种产品的收率为:柴油50%~80%,合成气10%~20%,炭0~10%,电力2MW。GGI能源公司拥有多项专利技术,特别是创新设备——第四代"智能集装箱"的应用,使该技术具备体积小、可移动(不需运送垃圾)、无需外部动力源、就地最终处理、零排放等特点。我国应把有限的资金用于引进和研发等离子气化垃圾处理技术,及早组织专家对世界主流技术进行深入全面的调研和评估,采取多元化投资方式引进国外先进、成熟、适合我国国情的一流技术,利用有关激励政策鼓励投资,加速我国自主知识产权的等离子气化垃圾处理技术的工业化进程。

Abstract:Plasma garbage gasification has been proved,in foreign countries,to be a safe,reliable and environmentally friendly garbage treatment technology.This technology can convert almost all of the organic matters in carbon-based wastes to synthetic gas(the main components of the gas are CO and H2) with the inorganic matters being converted to harmless ash(glass).Westinghouse ′s plasma gasification technology and GGI Energy′s W2E technology are the most successful and typical plasma garbage gasification technologies.The W2E technology uses a portfolio of core technologies,including hydrogen technology,micro bubble technology,gas separation technology,catalytic technology,superheated steam technology,plasma gasification technology and green gas technology.The yields of main products are :Diesel fuel—50%-80%;synthetic gas—10%-20%;carbon—0-10%;and electric power—2MW.GGI Energy owns multiple patented technologies.Particularly,the application of the innovative equipment —the fourth-generation "smart container" —has endowed the company′ s garbage gasification technology with many benefits,including small footprint,movability(eliminating the need for conveying garbage),no need for external power source,on-site ultimate disposal and zero emission.China should invest limited funds in introducing,researching and developing plasma garbage gasification technology,organize experts as soon as possible to conduct an in-depth study and assessment of the world ′s mainstream technologies,introduce advanced,state-of-the-art and proven technologies that are suited to China ′ s specifics through diversified investment,encourage investment by offering policy incentives,and accelerate the process of industrialization of the country′s proprietary plasma garbage gasification technology.
