塔式起重机监控装置的设计及应用研究

摘    要:为杜绝塔式起重机在楼宇建筑施工过程中发生事故,提高其安全系数,采用ARM9处理器、多传感器采集、GPRS无线通讯和视频监控等先进技术,设计开发塔式起重机监控记录系统,该系统具有完备的实时数据远程监控报警功能、稳定的显示性能及友好的界面,为塔机高效安全作业提供切实保障.

Abstract:In order to eliminate accidents of the tower crane and improve the safety in the building construction process,the system uses ARM9 processor,multi-sensor acquisition,GPRS wireless communications and video surveillance and other advanced technologies.The system of a tower crane monitoring and recording has a complete real-time remote monitoring alarm function,stable display performance and friendly interface.A practical and efficient protection for the safe operation of tower crane is achieved.
