燃煤热载体炉的燃烧控制研究

摘    要:燃煤热载体炉燃料成本低,符合我国的富煤贫油和合理利用能源的政策.但是燃煤的燃烧控制比较困难,热载体出口温度控制不易稳定、燃烧不充分使烟气排放对大气造成严重污染,因此一般的燃煤热载体炉只能有限制地用于要求不高场合.而解决了燃烧控制难题的燃煤热载体炉控制系统,既能控制燃料充分燃烧又能控制热载体出口温度的精度,使燃煤热载体炉具有良好的市场前景.

Abstract:The cost is much lower by using coal as the fuel, it is suitable to the national resource conditions with plenty of coal but poor of oil.However,the control is so difficult that the outlet material temperature is unsteady and the black smoke is pollution in the air environment.For these reasons,the coal-fired boiler is limited in conditions which have low requirement.But,it's quite sure to solve these problems in auto-control,and the coal-fired heat-transfer material heater will have got a great development of the potential market.
