循证护理在改进探视方式预防老年患者医院感染中的应用

目的通过运用循证护理,优化探视方式,预防老年患者医院感染的发生。方法通过提出循证问题、循证支持、循证应用优化入室探视方式,并将应用新方式后医院感染率与既往医院感染率进行对比分析,同时对住院患者及探视人员进行调查,了解其对新探视方式的满意度。结果应用新方式后医院感染发生率有所降低,但统计学无差异。患者对新探视方式的满意度达4级以上的为85.11%,探视人员满意度达4级以上为73.37%。结论预防医院感染的发生,特别是老年患者的感染,需要一个以防为主的综合措施。
