| 摘 要： | 【目的】建立评价解毒草(Onychiumjaponicum(Thunb.)kunze var.Japonicum)薄层色谱分析方法。【方法】以有效成分菊苣酸为指标,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(3∶6∶1)为展开剂,建立解毒草的专属性薄层色谱,并评价10个不同产地解毒草的品质。【结果】不同产地解毒草药材与对照色谱在相应位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,且斑点清晰,比移值(Rf)为0.66。【结论】薄层色谱法能够有效对解毒草进行鉴别,且该方法简便、准确,具有较好的适应性。

| Abstract: | Objective] To establish a TLC method for the identification of Onychiumjaponicum (Thunb.) kunze var.japonicum.Methods] Chicoric acid used as indicators and petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-formic acid(3:6:1) used as developing agent.Results] The same color spots were shown in the corresponding position of the Onychiumjaponicum (Thunb.) kunze var.japonicum from different origin,and the spots were clear.The Rf index was 0.66.Conclusion] The TLC method is effective for the identification of the Onychiumjaponicum (Thunb.) kunze var.japonicum, and it is simple and reliable. |
