摘    要:通过对液压挖掘机典型工况特性分析,提出了一种液压挖掘机动臂闭式油路节能系统,阐述了配置蓄能器动臂闭式油路系统的节能原理。在其工作原理基础上建立了液压元件及电气元件的数学模型。在典型挖掘循环中,分析了系统中蓄能器、电动机和负载3个主要功率部件的运行状况。理论分析和仿真结果表明:液压挖掘机动臂闭式油路节能系统运行状况良好,与普通阀控液压挖掘机动臂驱动方式相比,该系统节能率约为33.1%,为液压挖掘机整机节能提供了参考。

Abstract:By the characteristic analysis of the typical working conditions of the hydraulic excavator,a boom energy-saving system with closed oil circuit was proposed and the energy-saving principle of the system with the energy accumulator was discussed.The mathematical models were built for the hydraulic and the electric components according to their working principles.The working conditions of its 3 main power components,the accumulator,the electromotor,and the load in the typical excavator working cycle were analyzed.The results of the theoretical analysis and the simulation showed that the boom energy-saving system with closed oil circuit works steadily.Compared with the traditional valve-controlled system of the hydraulic excavator,the energy-saving rate of the proposed system reached,providing an encouraging reference for the energy-saving of the hydraulic excavator.
