| 摘 要： | 骨转移瘤是晚期恶性肿瘤患者常见并发症之一.中医内治以补益肝肾、壮骨止痛为主,西医以药物、放疗及手术等治疗为主.文章对中西医治疗骨转移瘤现状进行综述,认为对骨转移瘤综合治疗优于单一方法治疗.原发癌症未发生骨转移瘤时,予以“补益肝肾、强筋壮骨”治疗,可能会预防或延迟骨转移瘤的发生.

| Abstract: | Bone metastasis is one of the most common complications in advanced malignant tumors.Traditional Chinese Medicine always treats bone metastasis by tonifying the liver and kidney,strength bones and relieving the pain,but Western Medicine treatments mainly include chemotherapy,radiotherapy and surgery.This paper reviewed the current studies of treatments of bone metastasis and concluded that comprehensive therapies were better than the single therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment can prevent and alleviate bone metastasis of primary tumors. |
