社区居民健康保险认知度现况调查及对策研究

目的 了解社区居民对健康保险的认知情况,分析健康保险认知的相关影响因素,提出相关有效对策.方法 设计现况调查方案,从居民健康现状、健康保险知信行状况和一般社会人口学特征三个维度设计问卷,采用单纯随机抽样法,以杭州市江干区为样本地随机选取300位社区居民以匿名方式开展问卷调查.结果 67.7％的被调查社区居民对健康保险的具体含义不了解,59.6％的被调查居民对健康保险持一般态度；不同性别人群对健康保险的险种和自付比例方面存在差异(P＜0.05)；不同文化程度人群对健康保险认知度、健康保险产品的满意度、参保后保障水平这三方面存在差异性(P＜0.05).结论 居民健康投资不足且重治疗轻预防,健康保险认知度和满意度都相对较低,建议相关部门加大健康投资构建健康保障网,加强健康保险行业监督力度,进一步规范健康保险服务行业,促进健康保险的可持续发展.

Survey and Analysis on the Community Residents' Health Insurance Cognition

Objective To investigate the cognition of community residents on health insurance and analyze some related influence factors,thus putting forward useful suggestions.Methods Based on the cross-sectional study Plan,the researcher designed a questionnaire including three dimensions as follows: health status,the cognition,reliance and purchasing situation of health insurance as well as individual fundamental state.300 community residents at Jianggan District of Hangzhou city randomly selected conducted the questionnaire investigation in an anonymous way.Results About 67.7% residents didn’t really understand the meaning of the health insurance and the attitude of purchasing health insurance was neutral in about 59.6% people.There existed gender difference in purchasing health insurance products and the percentage of personal out-of pocket(P<0.05).Education difference of residents also influenced the degree of the cognition of health insurance,the satisfaction of the products and the security.Conclusion Because of the low health input fee as well as the recognition and satisfaction on residents’ health insurance,the relevant departments should regulate the market and strengthen the investigation and surveillance on health insurance system to keep it in the process of sustainable development.
