摘    要:以数控刀架系统为研究对象,基于美国国防部军用标准MIL-STD-1629A的故障模式、影响和危害性分析(FMECA)的思路,提出了一种改进的FMECA分析方法。该方法以重要度来判断严酷度,以专家权重评分数确定危害度,最后采用专家模糊推理进行危害水平的综合评估,有效地找出了影响刀架系统可靠性的薄弱环节,为对其进行可靠性改进设计以及制定合理的维修策略提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Based on the most popular standard called MIL-STD-1629A from the U.S.Department of Defense,an improved FMECA method was presented to investigate the CNC turret.To avoid the ambiguity of subjective evaluation,the importance degree was used to judge severity,weighting factors of experts were introduced to determinate the criticality,and a fuzzy logic-based expert system was adopted to evaluate the risk level comprehensively.The weak link affecting turret system reliability was found out,which provides a scientific basis for improved design and maintenance policy.
