摘    要:从土壤中筛选到一株产L-苹果酸的黄曲霉菌,经紫外线、亚硝基胍(NTG)、硫酸二乙酯(DES)和^60Co辐射等诱变处理,并经多次分离得到一株性能稳定的高产L-苹果酸突变株黄曲霉HA5800,35℃,200r/min摇瓶发酵120h,产L-苹果酸72g/L、糖酸转化率为74.22%,经山东省卫生防疫站检定,该菌株不产黄曲霉素素B1。

Abstract:One strain Aspergillus flavus which could accumulate L-malic acid was isolated from soil samples. It was treated with U.V.,NTG, 60Co and DES, and an over-producing L-malic acid mutant Aspergillus flavus HA5800 by sugar fermentation was obtained.The L-malic acid yield and the conversion ratio of sugar to acid in shake-flask operation reached 72.0g/L and 74.22% respectively. There was no aflatoxin B 1 in the culture broth.
