| 摘 要： | 视频监控系统是高速公路管理信息系统的重要组成部分。对视频监控系统的现状及其发展趋势、音视频编解码技术和网络通信技术进行了研究，在此基础上开发了一种基于IP的分布式远程视频监控系统。实际使用表明，该系统具有设备简单、投资小、视频资料数字化网络化管理、系统组网灵活可扩充性好等特点，完全能满足高速公路分布式远程视频监控的需求。该系统同样适合需要分布式视频监控的场合，如：金融、电力、地铁等，具有广泛的应用前景。 |

| Abstract: | Video Monitoring System(VMS) is an important part of management information system for expressway. This paper studies status and development trend of VMS, encoding and decoding technology for sound and video, and network communication technology. On this basis, Distributed Longdistance Video Monitoring System(DLVMS) is developed. The practice shows that the DLVMS has many characteristics, such as simple device and low investment, network management for video data, flexible networking and good expansion for system etc,it can meet expressway distributed longdistance video monitoring need. It also suits the occasion that needs distributed video monitoring, such as finance, electric power, underground etc, and it has broad application foreground. |
