| 摘 要： | 随着天津城市的快速发展,对配电网的可靠性提出了越来越高的要求.针对天津现状配电网在供电可靠性方面存在的薄弱环节和问题,提出提高天津配网可靠性的建设方案.以天津新、老典型区域配电网为例,从负荷供应能力、不间断供电能力、停电影响控制能力、供电恢复能力四方面对现状配电网进行了评价分析,在此基础上全面给出了典型区域提高供电可靠性的规划建设方案.应用可靠性评价指标对规划效果进行了分析,结果表明典型区域配电网的可靠性在规划后得到了较大的提高,说明规划方案的正确性和有效性. |
