| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)筛查的护理及配合。方法对2008年4月至2009年4月287例早产儿用双目间接检眼镜结合眼底成像系统进行眼底筛查、随访。结果287例早产儿中,有30例发生ROP,发生率为10.45%。结论ROP发病率高,应加强宣教、及时筛查、早期发现、早期治疗。检查前做好各项准备工作,充分散瞳;检查时固定好患儿头部,密切观察患儿病情;检查后做好随诊指导。有效的护理配合对ROP的筛查及随访具有重要意义。
