| 摘 要： | 本文通过对西藏地区年楚河流域的水文气象特征分析 结合 流域设计洪水计算方法在西藏满拉灌区水利工程 建设中的应用，提出了推理公式法在青藏高原小面积洪水计算应注意的问题及参数取用的范围，可供其它工程设计时借 鉴。
