| 摘 要： | 电力GIS是电力自动化和电力设备安全运行的基础，而电网设备数据采集是GIS系统的核心，本文研究了电网设备数据采集的技术和方法，同时对坐标转换技术也进行了研究，对今后电网设备数据采集或相关的数据采集提供了有效地技术保证。
