脊柱微调手法结合八段锦锻炼治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

目的观察脊柱微调手法结合八段锦锻炼治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将2017年9月—2019年9月于上海中医药大学附属龙华医院推拿科门诊确诊为神经根型颈椎病患者60例随机分为2组,观察组30例采用脊柱微调手法结合八段锦锻炼方法治疗,对照组30例给予传统手法治疗。2组均连续治疗2周,比较2组临床疗效,观察2组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、SF-36生活质量量表评分、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分的变化。结果观察组总有效率为96.7%(29/30),对照组总有效率为86.7%(25/30),观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后VAS评分、NDI评分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组各评分明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后SF-36生活质量量表评分中生理机能、生理职能、身体疼痛、精力评分均较治疗前明显提高(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后生理机能、身体疼痛、精力评分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论脊柱微调手法结合八段锦功法锻炼能有效改善神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛症状,恢复颈部功能活动,提高患者生活质量,效果优于传统手法治疗。

Observation on the curative effect of spinal fine-tuning manipulation combined with Baduanjin exercise on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of spinal fine-tuning manipulation combined with Baduanjin exercise on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Sixty patients with radiculopathy cervical spondylosis diagnosed in the Tuina Department of Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 cases in the observation group were treated with spinal fine-tuning manipulation combined with Baduanjin exercise,30 patients in the control group were treated with traditional manipulation.After continuous treatment for 2 weeks,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,the changes of the scores of pain visual analog scale(VAS),SF-36 quality of life scale,and neck disability index(NDI)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%(29/30),the total effective rate of the control group was 86.7%(25/30),and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and NDI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of physiological function,physiological role,body pain and energy in SF-36 quality of life scale were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of physiological functions,body pain and energy of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Spinal fine-tuning manipulation combined with Baduanjin exercise can effectively improve the pain symptoms,restore neck functional activities,and improve the quality of life of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,its curative effect is better than traditional manipulation.
