新型化学镀镍光亮剂的研究

摘    要:研制了一种新型的化学镀镍光亮剂,通过扫描电和X射线衍射分析表明,高磷合金镀层为非晶态结构,光亮剂在化学镀过程中没有参与反应,却加快了磷化沉积速度,提高了镀层中磷的含量,增强了镀层表面的光亮度,改善了镀层表面的质量,而且反应过程出光速度快,镀液稳定可靠。

Abstract:A new brightener of electroless nickel\|phosphorous alloy was developed. Results showed that the nickel\|phosphorous alloy coating with high phosphorous content was amorphous by means of SEM and X\|ray diffraction analysis. The brightener did not participate in the chemical reaction, but promoted the deposition rate of phosphorous to improve its content in the coating. The brightness of coating was obviously increased and the surface quality was modified while adding the brightener. Moreover the rate of being bright was fast and the bath was stable and reliable.
