废胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青溶胀工艺研究

摘    要:以韩国进口SK-70号为基质沥青,废胶粉和SBS为改性剂,糠醛抽出油和基质沥青为溶胀剂,制备废胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青。制备工艺中。溶胀工艺对改性沥青性质的影响尤为关键。通过正交试验,讨论溶胀工艺中溶胀温度、溶胀时间、溶胶比和软组份(糠醛抽出油)掺量对改性沥青性质的影响。基于沥青常规指标试验,利用针入度比值法(用于客观评价同批次不同配比的试样性质差异及沥青性质变化趋势),分析改性沥青性质变化趋势以及溶胀工艺中各因素对改性沥青性质的影响程度。并得出最佳溶胀工艺条件:溶胀温度150℃;溶胀时间1h,溶胶比4,软组份添加量4%。在此工艺条件下制得的改性沥青性能符合聚合物改性沥青技术标准(SBS)的I—C级。
