2007年太原市城区12～16岁少年儿童肺活量及与形态指标相关性分析

目的]了解少年儿童肺活量发育水平与其形态指标的相关性。方法]对2007年太原市城区部分12～16岁学生肺活量、身高、体重、胸围测量资料进行分析。结果]调查男生1974人、女生2039人。肺活量男生为3020.88±590.84ml,女生为2231.08±413.40ml（P〈0.01）;12～16岁各组均为男生高于女生（P〈0.01）;男生和女生均为随年龄增长不断增高（P〈0.01）。男女生的肺活量均与身高、体重、胸围呈正相关性（P〈0.01）。肺活量体重指数,男生大于女生,男生和女生均随年龄的增长呈增大趋势,各个年龄组的男生均大于女生,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论]12～16岁少年儿童的肺活量与身高、体重、胸围呈正相关关系,肺活量体重指数更能反映肺功能发育水平。

Analysis on Interrelation between Vital Lung Capacity and Morphological Index among the Teenagers Aged from 12 to 16 in Urban Area of Taiyuan in 2007

Objective] To learn the growth level and interrelation of the vital lung capacity among the teenagers in Taiyuan.Methods]Data of the vital lung capacity,height,weight and chest measurement of some students aged from 12 to 16 were analyzed in the urban areas of Taiyuan in 2007.Results]1 974 male students and 2 039 female students were surveyed.The vital lung capacity was 3 020.88±590.84 ml for the male students,and 2 231.08±413.40 ml for the female students（P0.01）;among every age group from 12 to 16 years old,the vital lung capacity for the male students was higher than that for the female students（P0.01）;with the growing age,the vital lung capacity for the male and female students constantly increased（P0.01）.The vital lung capacity for for the male and female students was positive with their height,weight and chest measurement（P0.01）.For the index of their vital lung capacity and weight,the male students was greater than the female students,the male and female students increased with their growing age,the male students was greater than the female students among every age group,the differences were with a statistics significance（P0.01）.Conclusion]The vital lung capacity for the teenagers aged from 12 to 16 is positive with their height,weight and chest measurement,the index of their vital lung capacity and weight even reflects their growth level of the vital lung capacity.
