新疆生产建设兵团八师农牧团场疾控机构卫生资源现状调查

目的]了解农八师农牧团场疾控机构卫生资源现状,为合理进行资源配置、制定农八师公共卫生发展规划提供依据。方法]采用自制调查表,对14个农牧团场疾控机构卫生资源状况进行普查。结果]14个农牧团场在职人员182人,年龄构成以35～45岁年龄段为主;以中级职称大中专学历为主。仪器设备17类平均30台件,种类和数量均达不到国家要求。实际开展的检测项目25～37项,平均35项,仅占国家必须开展工作项目的29.7%。结论]农八师农牧团场疾控机构人力资源、仪器设备及检测能力与国家规定存在较大差距。

Investigation on Current Situation of Hygienic Resources in Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Regimental Agricultural and Stockbreeding Farms of 8th Division in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

Objective]To find out current hygienic resources situation in centers for disease control and prevention（CDC）in the regimental agricultural and stockbreeding farms of 8th division,supply scientific basis for arranging the resources reasonably and making the development plan of public health.Methods]A general questionnaire survey was carried out on the hygienic resources situation in 14 CDCs of this regiment.Results]There were 182 working personnel in 14 centers.The personnel who were 35~45 years taok the dominant part of the age structure.The personnel who had intermediate technical titles took the main part of the academic titles.The academic career of junior college and technical secondary school took the main part of the professional personnel.The category and number of apparatus in each center averaged 17 kinds and 30 pieces respectively,neither the category nor the number could meet the request of national standard.Each center carried out 25-37 detection items（average 25 items）,which merely accounted for 29.7% of the national compulsory detection items.Conclusion]There is a large gap between the CDCs in the regimental agricultural and stockbreeding farms of 8th division and the national standards on the aspects of human resources,instruments and detection ability.
