In order to build his theory of"narrated time",Ricoeur made his critical explications on Kant's concept of time.By investigating "Critique of Pure Reaon" deeply,first,Ricoeur elucidated clearly Kant's "invisible time" was a kind of presupposition(a priori condition)to empirical objects,so it denoted that "time" was initially brought into metaphysics in "Critique of Pure Reaon".Secondly,Ricoeur enunciated the theoretical aporetics that Kant's concept of time would face.In the end,Ricoeur discussed the academic communications between Kant's Concept of time and the concepts of time among the philosophers before Kant.In general,Ricoeur's explications above all demonstrated fully Kant's special theoretical contributions through his constitution of the concept of time to researches into the problem of temporality in western philosophy.
