TiO2纳米薄片的制备和光催化性能研究

摘    要:研究了水热化学处理法制备TiO2纳米薄片的条件,以光催化降解苯酚为模型反应,考察了TiO2纳米薄片及其焙烧产物的光催化反应性能。并结合TEM、XRD、Ram an、BET的表征结果,对影响TiO2纳米薄片及其焙烧产物的光催化反应性能的原因进行了分析。结果表明,要制备片状TiO2纳米薄片,必须控制好NaOH溶液的浓度、反应温度和反应时间,制备片状TiO2纳米薄片的最佳条件是:c(NaOH)=7 mol/L,反应温度80℃,反应时间8 h。加表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠可阻止TiO2纳米管的生成,拓宽了纳米薄片的制备条件。TiO2纳米薄片经300℃热处理3 h后,由于形成了活性相锐钛矿,且比表面积高达393.161 1 m2.g-1,使其催化活性比TiO2纳米颗粒提高了3.5%。

Abstract:TiO_2 nanosheets were prepared through hydrothermal chemical process.The photocatalytic degradation of phenol by the TiO_2 nanosheets and their calcined products was investigated with the assistance of TEM,XRD,Raman spectrum and BET.The results disclosed the importance of controlling the concentration of NaOH,reaction temperature and reaction time for the preparation.The optimized reaction was conducted at 80 ℃ for 8 hours in c(NaOH)=7 mol/L aqueous solution.Addition of sodium dodecylsulphonate could prevent the formation of TiO_2 nanotubes.Photocatalytic activity of the nanosheets calcined at 300 ℃ for 3 h was 3.5% higher than that of TiO_2 nanopowder due to the formation of active anatase phase with large specific surface area(393.161 1 m~2·g~(-1)).
