肾结石并肾癌的诊断

目的 探讨肾结石合并肾癌的诊断方法。方法 回顾性分析1993年3月－2000年4月间诊治的肾结石并肾癌的病人7例。结果 7例患者术前明确诊断肾结石合并肾癌者仅2例，余5例术前仅做出肾结石的诊断，而在手术取石时发现肿瘤。结论 肾结石合并肾癌时对肾癌的诊断较为困难。应仔细分析病人的症状，B超图像。对可疑病例行CT检查及穿刺活检可以提高诊断率。

DIAGNOSIS OF CONCOMITANT OCCURRENCE OF RENAL STONE AND RENAL CARCINOMA

Objective To explore the diagnostic methods of concomitant occurrence of renal stone and renal carcinoma.Methods 7 cases of concomitant occurrence of renal stone and renal carcinoma from March,1993 to April,2000 were reviewed.Results Only in 2 of those 7 cases,the concomitant renal carcinoma was diagnosed preoperatively .And in the other 5 cases, renal carcinoma was found in the operation of pyelolithotomy .Conclusion It is difficult to make the diagnosis of concomitant renal carcinoma in the patients with renal stone. The clinical symptoms and B-ultrasoundgraph should be analyzed carefully before operation. CT scanning and needle puncturing biopsy can improve the diagnosis rate in suspicious patients.
