摘    要:利用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等分析手段及电化学方法研究了低碳钢在模拟酸雨环境中的腐蚀行为.研究结果表明:碳钢在酸雨环境中腐蚀是一个局部腐蚀和均匀腐蚀并存的过程,溶液中的SO24-和Cl-离子的存在加速了碳钢表面腐蚀坑的形成和生长,腐蚀坑优先出现在铁素体上.腐蚀产物主要有Υ-FeOOH...

Abstract:Corrosion behavior of mild steel in the simulated acid rain environment was investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X ray diffraction (XRD), and electrochemical methods. It is found that corrosion of carbon steel in acid rain environment is a coexistent process of localized corrosion and uniform corrosion. SO2-4 and Cl- ions can accelerate the formation and growth of pits on the surface of mild steel, which preferentially appeared on the ferrite phase. The corrosion products were mainly composed of γ FeOOH, Fe3O4, a little α FeOOH. From the microscopic point of view, needle like and cotton ball type corrosion products existed. The mass loss curve is divided into two stages which both followed the linear growth law. During the first 72h, the mass loss rapidly increased, and from 72h to 1104h, the corrosion rate was relatively slow. Electrochemical measurement showed that there were the more negative corrosion potential Ecorr and the larger corrosion current density Icorr with the extension of time, indicating the increasing corrosion tendency.
