白蒺藜有效组分对自发性高血压大鼠血压和主动脉中vWF的影响

目的探讨白蒺藜有效组分对自发性高血压大鼠（SHRs）血压和主动脉中血管性血友病因子（vWF）表达的影响。方法将32只14周龄SHRs分为白蒺藜有效组分组（A组）、卡托普利组（B组）、白蒺藜有效组分＋卡托普利片组（C组）和SHR模型组（D组），分别给予白蒺藜有效组分、卡托普利、白蒺藜有效组分＋卡托普利片和生理盐水；Wistar—kyoto（WKY）大鼠8只为正常对照组（E组），给予生理盐水。观察各组用药8周后血压变化和后主动脉中vWF表达的变化。结果第22周与D组比较，A组、B组、C组收缩压均降低（P〈0．001）；与D组比较，A组、B组、C组均有下调SHR血管vWF蛋白表达的作用，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论白蒺藜有效组分治疗高血压病，其作用可能是通过降低血压，调控vWF而达到保护血管内皮的作用。

Effect of Effective Components of Baijili on the Blood Pressure and Expressions of Von Willebrand Factor in Spontaneous Hypertension Rats

Objective To investigate the effect of effective components of Baijili on theblood pressure and expressions of Von Willebrand factor（vWF）in spontaneous hypertension rats（SHRs）. Methods Thirty - two SHRs,14 weeks old,were randomly divided into four groups：A group treated by effective components of Baijili, B group treated by captopril, C group treated by captopril and effective components of Baijili, model control group（D group）treated by normal saline for 8 weeks. Eight Wistar- kyotos（WKYs）rats were used as normal control group（E group）treated by normal saline for 8 weeks. The changes of blood pressure and expressions of vWF in rats were observed. Results Compared with D group, the systolic pressure were decreased significantly in A group, B group and C group（P〈0. 001）. Compared with D group,the expressions of vWF were decreased in A group,B group and C group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effective components of Baijili could improves hypertension by reducing blood pressure and improving endothelial dysfunction.
