白蒺藜有效组分对自发性高血压大鼠血压和主动脉中vWF的影响

摘    要:目的探讨白蒺藜有效组分对自发性高血压大鼠(SHRs)血压和主动脉中血管性血友病因子(vWF)表达的影响。方法将32只14周龄SHRs分为白蒺藜有效组分组(A组)、卡托普利组(B组)、白蒺藜有效组分+卡托普利片组(C组)和SHR模型组(D组),分别给予白蒺藜有效组分、卡托普利、白蒺藜有效组分+卡托普利片和生理盐水;Wistar—kyoto(WKY)大鼠8只为正常对照组(E组),给予生理盐水。观察各组用药8周后血压变化和后主动脉中vWF表达的变化。结果第22周与D组比较,A组、B组、C组收缩压均降低(P〈0.001);与D组比较,A组、B组、C组均有下调SHR血管vWF蛋白表达的作用,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论白蒺藜有效组分治疗高血压病,其作用可能是通过降低血压,调控vWF而达到保护血管内皮的作用。

Effect of Effective Components of Baijili on the Blood Pressure and Expressions of Von Willebrand Factor in Spontaneous Hypertension Rats

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of effective components of Baijili on theblood pressure and expressions of Von Willebrand factor(vWF)in spontaneous hypertension rats(SHRs). Methods Thirty - two SHRs,14 weeks old,were randomly divided into four groups:A group treated by effective components of Baijili, B group treated by captopril, C group treated by captopril and effective components of Baijili, model control group(D group)treated by normal saline for 8 weeks. Eight Wistar- kyotos(WKYs)rats were used as normal control group(E group)treated by normal saline for 8 weeks. The changes of blood pressure and expressions of vWF in rats were observed. Results Compared with D group, the systolic pressure were decreased significantly in A group, B group and C group(P〈0. 001). Compared with D group,the expressions of vWF were decreased in A group,B group and C group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effective components of Baijili could improves hypertension by reducing blood pressure and improving endothelial dysfunction.
