| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺"十三鬼穴"治疗抑郁症的临床疗效.方法:将60例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组运用平补平泻针法针刺"十三鬼穴";对照组口服氟西汀片治疗,2组均治疗4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效.结果:治疗后2组抑郁症患者的精神症状、心理、躯体症状等方面得到了改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:针刺"十三鬼穴"治疗抑郁症疗效显著,安全,副作用小.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the effects of ＂thirteen effective acupoints＂ in treating depression.Method： 60 patients with depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average.Treatment group were administered to the needling of ＂thirteen effective acupoints＂ by uniform reinforcing-reducing method.Control group were orally treated with tablets of fluoxetine.One course of treatment was 4 weeks,to observe the effects of both groups after one course of treatment.Result： After the treatment,there were improvements on psychological symptoms,mentality and somatization,etc in both groups,which showed significant differences compared with that before the treatment（P〈0.05）.The effects of treatment group were better than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Needling of ＂thirteen effective acupoints＂ in treating depression is effective,safe and with less adverse effects. |
