白云鄂博铁矿作为包钢集团公司的主要原料基地,现有4个采场,炸药用量达到150t/d,且需每日不间断供药;冬季低温天气(-20～-30℃)持续2个多月,为此,设计了1条20t/h的连续化自动控制乳胶生产线(简称乳胶地面站),确定了耐低温、可泵送的乳化炸药配方及生产工艺,研制了适于高寒地区作业的BCJ-3型乳化炸药装药车(装载量为20t/台)。BGRIMM地面站成套技术于2011年9月1次调试成功并交付用户,配套的BCJ-3型装药车也全面投入采场装药作业,爆破效果满足露天采矿生产要求。

APPLICATION OF BGRIMM BULK CHARGING EXPLOSIVE TECHNOLOGY ON SITE IN BAIYUNEBO IRON MINE

Baiyunebo Iron Mine is the main raw material base of Baotou Iron & Stcel(Group) Co. Ltd.,and it is consisted of four stopes.The consumption of emulsion explosive reached 150t/d in the mine,and it is provided daily and uninterruptedly;in winter,low temperature(-20～-30℃) can last more than two months.To this end,Stationary Emulsion Manufacturing Line(SEML) was designed and established, it was continuous and automatic control process,and its production capacity was 20t/h.The pumpable formulations and production processes of low-freezing emulsion explosives was developed,at the same time,BCJ-3 emulsion mixing and loading truck,which has loading capacity of 20t and is suitable for extremely cold areas,was developed.The complete set technology(SEML) of BGRIMM was successfully commissioned and put into service in Sep.2011,the BCJ-3 emulsion mixing and charging trucks were also used in mining stopes.The effects of the bench blasting met the requirements of open pit mining production.
