| 摘 要： | 在工程爆破中，爆破的地质特征诸因素在爆破设计和确定其对爆破效果影响的分析中，目前基本上仍处于定性描述阶段；在其力学因素中也只有强度或无量纲强度（f值）作为计算参考．尚缺乏地质因素和动力学因素系统的量化方法及其数据，所以在地质体爆破设计中未见可靠与精确的计算参数．为改进和优化爆破设计及提高爆破学科的水平，研究爆破地质特征及其量化是十分必要的．为此，作者在综合国内外现有成果基础上，提出了研究的内容、方法和目的．

| Abstract: | Based on the monitoring of the blasting wave and vibration,the influencing rule of the underwater drilling blasting to the structure was analyzed,and as a result,the safety vibration criterion of the wharf was given.Through the prevention methods,the safety of the wharf was ensured during the underwater blasting works. |
