低速柴油机曲柄热处理变形控制研究

摘    要:低速柴油机曲柄的常规热处理装炉方式为竖立式,但热处理后曲柄内档变形较大,难以满足产品后序精加工要求.通过改变曲柄的热处理装炉方式,由竖立式改为平装式,辅以垫铁和楔铁并适时调整垫铁和楔铁的位置,可有效控制曲柄的热处理变形,满足产品后续精加工要求.

Abstract:The conventional heat treatment charging method of low-speed diesel engine cranks is the vertical type,but the inner gear of the crank has been deformed greatly after heat treatment,which is difficult to meet the requirements of the subsequent finishing of the product.By changing the heat treatment charging method of the crank from the vertical type to the horizontal type,supplemented by the pad iron and the wedge iron and adjusting the position of the pad iron and the wedge iron in a timely manner,the heat treatment deformation of the crank can be effectively controlled to meet the subsequent finishing requirements of the product.
