昆明市南窑火毁建筑物的控制爆破拆除

摘    要:介绍了地处闹市区的大面积火毁钢筋混凝土框架结构建筑物拆除爆破的设计与施工工艺 ,并对爆破方案的确定、参数的选择以及所采取的安全措施进行了论述。

Comparative study of demolition scheme of asymmetric structure desulfurization tower

Abstract:In order to explore a reasonable plan to demolish the asymmetric structure desulfurization tower,the common mechanical demolition and blasting demolition of the tower body removal are compared and analyzed.Mechanical demolition is to divide the desulfurization tower into 3 parts,calculate the removal conditions and parameters of each section,and finally carry out stability check and determine the critical failure conditions;the blasting demolition is to use the ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation software to the desulfurization tower.The whole blasting collapse process is numerically simulated.The collapse state and stress change of the tower body are analyzed according to the first principal stress,and the feasibility of the blasting method is demonstrated.The results of the comparison and analysis are that both mechanical demolition and blasting demolition are available.According to the demolition of the flue gas desulfurization tower in the plant area of Huojun Hongjun Aluminum & Electric Co.,Ltd.,Hollingrad,Inner Mongolia,the mechanical demolition is selected.It provides experience and reference value for the selection of similar engineering construction methods.
