摘    要:蓄热室格子体是浮法窑炉重要的蓄热和排废设备,在窑炉全生命周期中,随着窑炉运行时间的延长,蓄热室格子孔会逐渐堵塞,堵塞严重时,影响助燃风的进入和烟气的排出,从而影响蓄热室的蓄热、排废、送风效果;影响火焰的燃烧和窑压的稳定,造成窑内热气流的负面变化,导致燃烧不完全、燃料的严重浪费,进而造成玻璃质量严重降低;因此,从新线投产就要做好蓄热室格子体全生命周期管理,重视蓄热室格子体的堵塞状态,及时疏通,维持蓄热室良好的畅通状态。建议从投产开始做好蓄热室全生命周期的管理。

Abstract:Regenerator lattice is an important heat storage and waste discharge equipment of float kiln.In the whole life cycle of the kiln,with the extension of the operation time of the kiln,the lattice hole of the regenerator will be gradually blocked.When the blockage is serious,it will affect the entry of combustion supporting air and the discharge of flue gas,so as to affect the heat storage,waste discharge and air supply effect of the regenerator;It affects the combustion of flame and the stability of kiln pressure,resulting in negative changes of hot air flow in the kiln,incomplete combustion,serious waste of fuel,and serious reduction of glass quality;Therefore,when the new line is put into operation,it is necessary to do a good job in the whole life cycle management of the regenerator grid,pay attention to the blocking state of the regenerator grid,dredge it in time,and maintain a good unblocked state of the regenerator.It is suggested to manage the whole life cycle of the regenerator from the start of production.
