大型多跨连体厂房爆破设计

摘    要:重点介绍了4.4万m2大型多跨连体厂房采用沿纵轴定向分段倒塌(过程类似多米诺骨牌效果)的爆破设计思想。为了避免高段别的雷管延时误差大带来麻烦,利用孔内半秒差和孔外毫秒差相结合来实现分段起爆。该厂房有210根空心立柱(占总数的63.6%),无法采用常规的钻孔爆破,水压爆破问题也较多。用砂子代替水作为传压介质解决了水压爆破的立柱漏水等问题,就此我们提出了填沙爆破的新方法,实践证明效果很好。厂房按设计方案倒塌,爆破非常成功。

APPLICATION OF SHORT-HOLE MILLISECOND BLASTING IN ROCK EXCAVATION

Abstract:By short hole millisecond blasting method,a rock tunnel for head of the belt conveyor was open excavated The calculation of blasting parameters and single hole charge weight was discussed According to the safety distances for blasting vibration and shock wave provided for in Blasting Safety Regulations,maximum charge weight per delay interval was determined In addition,the priming circuit,the issues noted in blasting process and misfire removal method were presented
