| 摘 要： | 生物人工肝在治疗肝功能衰竭中起重要作用。球形聚集体培养作为肝细胞培养的主要方式之一，旨在达到高密度、维持长时间生物活性的目标。文章就近年来肝细胞球形聚集体培养的影响因素和培养方式作一综述。

| Abstract: | Bioartificial liver plays an important role in the treatment of liver failure. Spheroid colonies culture is one of the main methods in culturing liver cells to maintain high density and biofunction for a long time. This paper reviews the influential factors and methods for spheroid colonies culture of liver cells. |
