| 摘 要： | 运用有限元数值模拟方法对汽车板材胀形试件的胀形过程及其动态抗凹变形过程进行了模拟 ,研究了胀形试件的动态凹痕变形机理 ,得到了不同参数对胀形试件动态抗凹性能的影响规律 ,为从模拟途径对汽车覆盖件抗凹性的定量评估探索了有效的方法

| Abstract: | By means of FEM numerical simulation,the doming process and the dynamic denting process of the dome specimen are simulated,and the dent deforming principle of the dome specimen is studied.In this thesis,the affecting rule of the different parameters on the dome specimen's dynamic dent resistance is obtained and the effective way of quantitative evaluating the auto body panel's dynamic dent resistance by numerical simulation is explored. |
