| 摘 要： | 建立了虚拟数控加工设备的三维实体模型，包括数控车床、夹具、刀具、工件及毛坯模型；给出了切屑的卷曲机理和折断条件；开发了虚拟数控加工过程仿真模型，此模型可实时、交互地显示毛坯的材料去除过程和切屑的生成、卷曲及折断过程。给出了加工工件的几何误差仿真模型。 |

| Abstract: | Three dimensional solid models of virtual numerical control machining equipments are built, including numerical control lathe, fixture, cutter, workpiece and blank models. The mechanism of chip curling and the criterion for judging whether the chip break are given. The simulation models of machining processes are developed in virtual numerical control, the models can demonstrate real-time and interactively the material removal processes of blank and the process of chip generating, curling and breaking. Finally, the geometric error simulation model of workpiece is given. |
