摘    要:玻璃纤维薄壁圆管属于玻璃纤维增强塑料的一种,是指由玻璃纤维增强材料嵌入已固化的热固性树脂中或被其包裹形成复合结构的材料.针对玻璃纤维薄壁圆管复合结构从制备工艺到力学性能表征方面进行概述,制备工艺主要包括模压成型、纤维缠绕工艺等,力学性能方面包含失效形式、压缩性能和弯曲性能等,并对其未来研究方向进行了展望.

Abstract:Glass fiber thin-walled circular tube belonged to a kind of glass fiber reinforced plastic, which referred to the glass fiber reinforced material was embedded in cured thermosetting resin or wrapped to form composite structure.In this paper, the preparation process and mechanical property characterization of glass fiber thin-walled circular tube composite structure were summarized.The preparation process mainly included molding and filament winding process, and the mechanical properties included failure form, compression property and bending property, and its future research direction was prospected.
