Effect of Yangyin Liyan decoction combined with acupuncture on clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors and immune function of patients with chronic pharyngitis

Objective:To explore the effect of Yangyin Liyan decoction combined with acupuncture on clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors and immune function of patients with chronic pharyngitis.Methods:180 patients with chronic pharyngitis were selected and randomly divided into observation group and comparison group,90 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine western medicine treatment,and on the basis of this,the observation group was treated with Yangyin Liyan decoction combined with acupuncture therapy.The improvement of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,changes of serum inflammatory factors and improvement of immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total clinical response rate,the levels of CD3⁺,CD4⁺and CD4⁺/CD8⁺in peripheral blood of the observation group were higher than those of the comparison group(P<0.05),IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP,B cell number and TCM symptom score were lower than those of the comparison group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yangyin Liyan decoction combined with acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic pharyngitis with lung and kidney-yin deficiency,and it has good anti-inflammatory effect.It can also improve the clinical efficacy and immune function of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
