放化疗结合靶向治疗非小细胞肺癌脑转移91例疗效分析

目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者的治疗方法、近期疗效及远期生存。方法:对91例非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:近期疗效显示:放化疗结合组有效率为55.77%(29/52)。放化疗结合+靶向治疗组有效率为69.23%(27/39)。放化疗结合+靶向治疗组的疗效较放化疗结合组高,但无显著性差异(P=0.191,>0.05)。放化疗结合组1年生存率5.77%(3/52),中位生存期7.9个月。放化疗结合+靶向治疗组1年生存率为12.82%(5/39),中位生存期11.8个月。放化疗结合+靶向治疗组1年生存率优于放化疗结合组(P=0.000,<0.01)。全组91例均未出现不能耐受的治疗相关的不良反应。结论:放化疗结合+靶向治疗是治疗非小细胞肺癌脑转移的有效方法。

Curative effect analysis of chemoradio and targetedtherapy for brain metastasis nonsmall-cell lung cancer: review of 91 cases

Objective: To investigate treatment,recent curative effect and forward survival for brain metastasis nonsmall-cell lung cancer.Methods: The clinical data of 91 patients with brain metastasis nonsmall-cell lung cancer were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The recent effective rate was 55.77%(29/52) in chemoradio-therapy group,69.23%(27/39) in chemoradio and targeted therapy group.The recent effective rate was not significantly higher in chemoradio and targetedtherapy group than chemoradio-therapy group(P=0.191,>0.05).1 year survival rate was 5.77%(3/52),and midian survival time was 7.9 months in chemoradio-therapy group.In chemoradio and targeted therapy group,1 year survival rate was 12.82%(5/39),and midian survival time was 11.8 months.1 year survival time was significantly higher in chemoradio and targeted therapy group than chemoradio-therapy group(P<0.01).All 91 patients had no intolerant adverse reaction.Conclution: Chemoradio and targetedtherapy is effective treatment for brain metastasis nonsmall-cell lung cancer.
