| 摘 要： | 在中小制造企业形成策略联盟的前提下,基于合作对策理论,依据各企业的投入确定其机会利益比例,用配送比例和贡献系数对利益分配进行调整。在核心企业主导作用确定的可能联盟下,根据利益分配原则针对几种有效联盟建立利益分配模型。利用对策二次规划方法对模型进行求解,并用风险因子修正分配结果。最后,通过算例验证了投入、配送量和贡献等因素对利益分配的影响。
