摘    要:本文介绍了某钢厂2 ×90m2烧结机氨法脱硫系统的工艺流程、DCS控制系统的硬件配置、主要模拟量SO2和pH的控制、系统的顺序控制及在线烟气监测系统(CEMS),分析了控制系统配置的优缺点,提出系统改造的建议和方案,为进一步做好烟气脱硫控制系统打好坚实基础.

Abstract:The paper introduces the technical process of the desulfurization by ammonia method, the hardware installment configu- ration of the DCS control system , the main analog control system of the SO2 and pH, sequence control system and continuous emission monitoring systems(CEMS)of flue gas emitted, The advantages and disadvantages of the DCS configuration are also comparatively analyzed. Related suggestion and scheme are put forward for the retrofitting of the innovational plan, and lay the groundwork for the control system of flue gas desulfurization.
