前处理工艺对AZ91D镁合金直接化学镀的影响

摘    要:通过不同的酸洗配方工艺,对比讨论了前处理工艺对AZ91D镁合金直接化学镀镍(DEN)的沉积速率及镀层与基底结合性能的影响。结果表明,AZ91D镁合金表面活化后,虽然粗糙界面由于更多的结合点和更大的机械互锁作用,能提高镀层与基体间的结合力,但是镀层结合的致密程度对结合力的影响作用更为显著。以磷酸和氟化钾为酸洗配方的前处理工艺,更适合AZ91D镁合金直接化学镀。

Abstract:The effects of different pretreatments on deposition velocity and binding force of direct electrdess Ni-P plating(DEN) on AZ91D magnesium alloys were studied.The rough surface offered more binding points,which could enhance the adherence between the coating and AZ91D Mg alloys,but the binding force was much more influenced by the compaction of the coating.The pretreatment with using phosphoric acid and potassium fluoride as acidic bathes was most suitable for DEN AZ91D magnesium alloy.
